Yoga & pilates can sort of put us in this very linear mind set as our space is so limited…reformer or yoga mat..small refined linear spaces…

Come out and dance everyone! The class is fun and full of life. Sometimes, it’s a little challenging but you are all smart women and a little bit of challenge is good for the brain and the body! So email me about schedule updates because I have a few shows coming up and plan to dance on Tuesday mornings at Electric Lodge in Venice from 9:30-10:30 am. The class is a bargain at $11…we do some yoga, pilates, experiential anatomy..free dance and combinations. Hope to see you there!

thinking of naming the piece “This is Not Here”.

i have to start figuring out what i’m going to do for costumes.  i have several ideas but need to start bringing in some options.   it is supposed to rain on wed & thur which is freaking me out a bit because i have 2 critical rehearsals scheduled that day.  yikes!

We are in to rehearsals now.  So far, we’ve worked on the opening piece,  the fountain trio and a few other areas.
Things are coming along.   I lost one dancer to an injury but think that it will work out fine.
